In September, I had the opportunity to work on an exciting project for a Client (Amaze Studio).
The goal:- To texture a collection of unique pots with varied designs—colors, patterns, and a touch of realistic wear—all within a tight deadline.
---------------------------------
My approach was to create a single parent smart material that I could use across the board. By leveraging anchor points, I managed to streamline the workflow and save a lot of time. It allowed me to tweak and adjust details without getting bogged down by repetitive steps. For quick and effective color variations, the HSL filter was my go-to tool.
---------------------------------
The result:- A cohesive set of pots, each with its own unique flair, but all textured efficiently using the same base material. This project challenged me to think creatively while working efficiently—and I loved every second of it!

I’ve also put together a quick breakdown video showing my process and thought approach. I did the UV for the pot in the breakdown video
